1. Successful bidder required to sign a standard WB-11 Offer to Purchase within 24 hours of close of auction. This offer to purchase signed by buyer will have no contingencies. The seller will have the right to accept, reject, or counter any and all high bids or offers to purchase and will have 24 hours from the time of buyer signing offer to purchase to make their decision.
2. Earnest money required at time of buyer signing offer to purchase in the amount of $1,000. If seller accepts offer to purchase, earnest money will be credited towards purchase price, if not accepted, earnest money will be returned to buyer.
3. Once offer is signed by buyer it may not be rescinded.
